Accessibility at Overnewton Castle

Overnewton Castle has stood proudly for 176 years — a stunning example of Scottish Baronial architecture and a treasured piece of Victoria’s heritage. But while our walls may be historic, our values are firmly rooted in the present. We believe that every guest, regardless of ability, deserves to experience the magic of Overnewton. That’s why we’ve worked hard to make our venue as accessible and inclusive as possible, while respecting the integrity of this beautiful, heritage-listed building.

From step-free access points and wheelchair-friendly facilities to cognitive support documents, inclusive dining spaces, and accessible bathrooms, our team has thoughtfully designed solutions to cater to guests with a wide range of needs. We welcome guests with limited mobility, guide dogs and service animals, and visitors requiring dietary or sensory accommodations.

Whether you’re here for a tour, a wedding, high tea or a public event, we’re committed to creating an experience that is comfortable, safe, and enjoyable for all.

For detailed accessibility information, please refer to the full ATIC Accessibility Report that follows. If you have questions or need further assistance before your visit, our team is happy to help.
